The extremely fast analogue multiplexer in SiGe bipolar technology was designed at INT as part of the research project "Broadband Analogue Interleaver" and built and measured as a module in cooperation with the Heinrich Hertz Institute (HHI) and the TU Berlin. The joint publication "120 GBd SiGe-Based 2:1 Analog Multiplexer Module for Ultra-Broadband Transmission Systems" has now received the Best Paper Award at the European Microwave Integrated Circuits Conference 2021 in London. Congratulations!
